We will gladly accept returns on unused, undamaged items that are in new condition. For a full refund minus, the initial shipping cost, your item must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date or your item has been used, we cannot offer you a refund and will return your item to you. Once your item has been inspected, we will refund the original form of payment with 3-5 business days.

We do not accept exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange for a different color, we suggest you order the new item, then start the process for returning the original item.
Our warranty is very fair. Due to individual use, we warranty the entire bag for 1 month and after that, take each claim on a case by case basis. Zippers are under warranty for 6 months. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders are final. No returns are accepted.
Some countries charge additional customs fees and duties in addition to the shipping amount stated at check out. We strongly suggest you look into this before purchasing so you are aware if your country is one of them.
